About Chuck DeWild, DMD, MD

Dr. Chuck DeWild is a highly trained, board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon practicing in Orlando, Central Florida, since 2006.

Chuck DeWild DMD, MD, is a highly trained oral & maxillofacial surgeon, practicing in Orlando, Central Florida, with a gentle chair side manner. He takes time with each patient and is thorough with all aspects of care. You’ll find Dr. DeWild is very interested in learning all about who you are as a person and not just as a patient.

Through his extensive experience, Dr. DeWild specializes in tooth extractions, wisdom teeth extraction, intravenous (IV) sedation, jaw fractures and oral pathology.

Chuck DeWild DMD, MD, did his training at the University of Florida. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1998. He completed an additional year of training in a program of Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. DeWild continued his specialty training at the University of Florida.

During his six year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he also graduated from the University of Florida School of Medicine in 2003 and received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.

Chuck DeWild, DMD, MD, is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (FSOMS), Florida Dental Association (FDA), Central Florida District Dental Association (CFDDA), Dental Society of Greater Orlando (DSGO).

Dr. DeWild is currently on staff at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He has been licensed by the Florida Dental Board to practice medicine since 2006. Dr. DeWild enjoys travel and loves spending time in New Smyrna Beach with his family.
